It is often said that the longest journeys begin with a single step. For Endow Global Education, that journey began in a modest room with just two members. In those early days, we wore every hat imaginable—marketing, consultation, and administration.
Our first milestone was humble but significant. We worked tirelessly to secure approvals for our first 20 students. Back then, every single visa stamp felt like a monumental victory because we knew the personal story behind every file. We weren’t just processing applications; we were hand-crafting futures.
Global Expansion: A Cross-Border Team
Today, our growth story is no longer limited to a spreadsheet; it spans across borders. We have evolved from a two-person operation into a robust international team of 18 professionals working in sync to widen the path for Bangladeshi students.
- Dhaka, Bangladesh HQ: A dedicated team of 13 employees managing student counseling, documentation, and university matching.
- South Korea Office: A specialized team of 5 employees providing on-ground support and logistical care for students upon arrival.
This expanded capacity has allowed us to scale our impact. From those initial 20 students, we now have a thriving community of 200+ students currently pursuing their dreams in various South Korean universities through our guidance.

- Bengali Cafeteria: To combat homesickness, we have established a Bengali cafeteria specifically for Bangladeshi students at Hanseo University.
- Logistics: From airport pickup to personal counseling, we ensure a safe landing.
2. Digital Innovation: “Endow Connect”
We have streamlined the student experience with our digital workflow platform, Endow Connect. This allows students to:
- Submit documentation digitally.
- Check real-time approval progress.
- Book consultancy appointments instantly.
3. Career & Academic Mobility
- Free Major/University Shifts: For students completing the EAP program at Hanseo University, we provide free support if they wish to change universities or shift majors.
- Job Visa Support: Our relationship doesn’t end at graduation. We provide free services to help alumni convert their student visas to job visas.
- Training: We offer comprehensive interview support for visas and language training to help students adapt to life in Korea.
The Future: A One-Stop Solution
We are constantly innovating. Our upcoming roadmap includes setting up a “One Stop Corner,” a dedicated hub designed to tackle all digital and daily essential problems our students face abroad.
